    Registration & Firing: Registration, 0900– 0945. Mandatory Safety Briefing, 0945. Live fire, 1000

    Eligibility: Open to U.S. Citizen 12 years of age or older.

    Entry fees: $10 Adult, $5 Junior (under 21), This is a re-fire match and competitors may fire 2 times as space allows. 2nd Match fee is $10 Adult, $15 Junior (under 21).

    Rules: Match rules per CMP Games Rulebook 8th edition dated 1/1/2020

    Qualifying Firearms:

    ● AIMR per the following – 4.2.1 (General), 4.2.2 (Garand), 4.2.3 (Springfield), 4.2.4 (other US Mil), 4.2.5 (Foreign Mil)

    ● Special Military Rifles per the following – 5.1 (General), 5.2.1 (Carbine), 5.2.2 (Mod Mil), 5.2.3 (MM A), 5.2.4 (MM B)

    ● Unlimited Category – 5.2.6 (Garand), 5.2.5 (Modern Military – AR, M1A, etc)

    Ammunition: Competitors will supply their own ammunition. Any safe factory or reloaded ammunition.

    Muzzle Devices: Standard bird cage flash hiders acceptable as allowed by rules, no muzzle breaks allowed.

    Sling use:  Slings per 3.6 shall be used in all stages and positions except for standing

    Match Conditions:  This will be a walk & paste match, competitors will have to walk down range on multiple occasions. 

    Competitor Supplies: Competitors shall supply their own pit supplies (Staples, stapler, pasters)

    Course of fireCMP As Issued Military Rifle Course A per 4.5 Table 3  

    ● Sighting (any position) – 8 minute sighting in period.  Prep + 5 sighting shots combined

    ● Slow fire prone – 10 shots in 10 minutes – Single load only

    ● Rapid fire prone –10 shot beginning from standing in a time limit of 80 seconds, with reload

    ● Slow fire standing – 10 shots in 10 minutes – Single load only

    Target usage – 200 yard standard SR target for all stages

    Achievement Awards:  Achievement Pins awarded for qualifying cut scores in each rifle category of this match program

    Registration & Firing: Registration, 0830– 0945. Safety Briefing, 0950. Live fire, 1000

    Pre-Registration: Competitors may pre-register at MRPA Website (MICHRPA.ORG) to guarantee entry

    Eligibility: Open to U.S. Citizens 12 years of age or older. Must be MRPA member in good standing & Michigan Resident to be named 2020 Michigan State Reduced Course High Power Champion.

    Entry fees: $30 Adult, $15 Junior (under 21)

    Rules: Match rules per CMP High Power Rulebook 24th edition dated 1/1/2020

    Qualifying Firearms:

    ● Service Rifle per 4.1.1, 4.1.3, 4.1.4

    ● Match Rifle per 4.1.5

    Course of fire – 800 aggregate CMP high power rifle course (5.5, Table 5)

    ● Sighting – 8 minutes for unlimited sighting shots from any position – Single load only

    ● Slow fire standing – 20 shots in 23 minutes – Single load only (combined prep + live fire)

    ● Rapid fire sitting – 2 x 10 shot stages in a time limit of 60 seconds, with reload (from position) (3 minute prep separate)

    ● Rapid fire prone – 2 x 10 shot stages in a time limit of 70 seconds, with reload (from position) (3 minute prep separate)

    ● Slow fire prone –20 shots in 23 minutes – Single load only (combined prep + live fire)

    Target usage – 200 yard reduced course targets

    ● Sighting – SR

    ● Slow fire standing – SR

    ● Rapid fire sitting – SR

    ● Rapid fire prone – SR42

    ● Slow fire prone – MR52

    Awards: High scoring Michigan Resident (with valid MRPA membership) will be named the 2020 Michigan State Reduced Course High Power Champion. Medals will be awarded by MRPA for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places overall (regardless of residency)

    Location & Directions to the Range:  4866 Ravenswood Rd Kimball, MI 48074.  Check in at the clubhouse out front.  Club doors open at 0800.

    This competition is open to:  Any eligible competitor.  You need not be a member of the NRA, CMP, or the sponsoring club.  

    Entry Fee:  $25 per competitor 

    Entries Close:  0900, 31 October 2020, or when all slots on the line are full. 

    Firing Starts:  1000, safety briefing at 0945 

    Rules:  Per NRA Mid Range Prone Rules 

    Rifles Allowed: Service Rifles, Palma Rifles, Match Rifles fired from the sling, F/TR and F-Open rifles fired from a bipod or rest.

    Course of Fire: 

    First String: 600 yards, 2 sighters and 20 shots for record, slow fire prone, fired in 22 minutes

    Second String: 600 yards, 2 sighters and 20 shots for record, slow fire prone, fired in 22 minutes

    Third String: 600 yards, 2 sighters and 20 shots for record, slow fire prone, fired in 22 minutes

    Note: This match will be fired on electronic targets.  There will be no pit duty.  Competitors will serve as score verifiers and recorders (you will write the score displayed on the tablet for each shot, and will handle issues on the line just as in a regular paper target match).  The electronic targets will be calibrated and verified before the match. Scoring and protests will be handled per the latest edition of the NRA rules.

    Awards: Place Medals will be awarded to first, second, and third place in each category with at least 5 competitors.  Categories that lack 5 competitors will be combined with their most like category (i.e. F/TR would be combined with F-open).
